Our project in the heart of the city centre in Bristol is progressing quickly now and so we thoughts it is time for another project update. The internal fit out is carrying on at pace and the WN Interiors team have been focusing on some keys areas beyond the interior specification to lead the marketing and branding side of the development.
Firstly, we have been working with Savills on the marketing launch of Baldwin Street due for the end of next month. WN have overseen every element of the branding and it is important that that we understand exactly what Savills need to market the development effectively and that we makes sure the visual overall is maintained at all times.
The logo, website, adverts, brochure, hoardings and other promotional material has all been designed in-house and here you can see how that work has progressed. We have also taken the brief and fully understand what is needed in the design of the marketing and sales suite. The 28 Baldwin Street web holding page is also now live.
Secondly, part of our role is to provide all imagery for the development and makes sure that once again it fits the overall style direction agreed at the start of the project. Oli Smith has been to site to photograph progress on the build but to also provide the first set of imagery for the marketing of Baldwin Street. We will make sure that all images seen in print or online will be supplied and agreed by WN Interiors. Here is a selection of Oli’s pictures, which hopefully give a good feel of the local area and provide a good first set of images for the marketing of 28, Baldwin Street.
