Guild Heritage House is a project to convert a listed building in the heart of Bristol’s old market area. The developer, Hatchbury Ltd in association with CTS, appointed WN Interiors to provide a full interior design specification for this conversion, including the design and install of the show apartment. We worked alongside award-winning architects O’LearyGoss to maximise the potential of this amazing building.
We worked hard in the early stages to understand the area and history of the building. It was key to have a clear idea of potential purchasers and design for their needs. We wanted to understand how the homeowners would live and work in the area. Only when this clear understanding of the market was gained, could the detail of any design be progressed successfully.
The sales launch by Savills was in April 2018 and proved very successful. Within 4 hours of the show home opening, all of the apartments were under offer.
“WN Interiors worked hard to understand the local market. Their design reflected the area and the history of the building. Working with WN Interiors from the start of this project helped secure sales on all the apartments within hours of being launched.” Patrick Kennedy, Hatchbury Ltd.
